Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and we invest in their development and success.What Youll DoAs a 2nd Line Support Analyst, youll play a crucial role in delivering excellent IT support and enhancing the overall client experience. Your key responsibilities will include:Providing remote (and occasional on-site) technical support to end users and clientsTaking ownership of escalated tickets and seeing them through to resolutionTroubleshooting a range of technical issues across networks, software, and hardwareSupporting 1st line colleagues through complex incidentsMaintaining clear documentation and contributing to our knowledge baseAbout YouKey Skills & Experience:Microsoft 365 administrationUnderstanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and general networking fundamentalsBackground in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar IT support roleExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsProactive, customer-focused approachDesirable (but not essential):Experience with WatchGuard, Sophos, Datto, Intune, or SharePointRelevant certifications (MCP, CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals/Associates)Familiarity with Azure, Entra, device enrolment, and modern desktop deploymentsPackageCompetitive salary up to 35,000 per yearDedicated time and support to gain qualifications and certificationsFun social events and company activitiesSupportive, inclusive working environmentReal opportunities for career developmentReady to take the next step in your IT career?
