This role involves collaborating with brokers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless renewals, system integrations, and ongoing support for employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits regulations, data reporting tools, and HR systems while driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Renewals:Provide hands-on support for benefits renewals, particularly around the January cycle.Liaise with brokers and internal stakeholders, including Payroll, COE, and Manila team, to ensure smooth execution.Projects:Support initiatives such as mortgage and pension surgeries to enhance employee financial well-being.Assist in the development and rollout of local benefit offerings and improvements.Systems & Reporting:Support Workday migration, including job code structures and article creation.Understand data/reporting flows through Benefex and Power BI to optimize benefits tracking and insights.Documentation:Streamline processes for transient employees and improve existing benefits documentation to enhance clarity and accessibility.Query Management:Aid in resolving partner and employee queries via the Manila team and COE, ensuring timely and effective communication.
