Our client Dentsu are looking for a HR Project Manager to lead and coordinate the people impact activities, as part of a large reform programme across EMEA and the UK.The role will engage with various stakeholders across the programme ensuring people delivery is coordinated and on time.Key Accountabilities: Project coordinates across the HR workstream and the people impact activities as part of a restructuring initiative across EMEA and the UK Develops and tracks the people plan across the EMEA region Act as the central point of contact for all project related HR queries from the Programme team Provides timely status updates, benefit outcomes, flag risks and escalates issues as required Leads and supports the UK HR teams in organising the people processes and overall restructure Leads on the UK restructure programme and people impact analysis Where applicable, supports the project sponsor to prepare, gain approval of, refine and update business cases that justify projects in terms of benefits, costs and risks; tracking and reporting forecast and actuals against them. Works with project sponsor, programme team and HR teams to support identification, tracking and delivery of benefits set out in business case. Ensures realisation of benefits for business through planning and designing project outputs meet business/programme requirements and desired outcomes Controls and reports on forecasts, changes, and actual costs against the business case assumptions Establishes and maintains effective governance and decision making for the delivery of projects; defines clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, that align with the programme Develops, produces and maintains schedules for project activities that takes account of dependencies, resource requirements and constraints in order to enable the efficient realisation of project outputs and associated benefits. Maps project dependencies and identifies owners, builds dependency management into the project's governance cycle. Works with programme/project managers and HR leads to ensure dependencies are actively managed, acts as an arbiter and enforcer and resolves issues between the various elements of the project Stakeholder and Communications Management. Identifies and manages pertinent project stakeholder relationships (taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests), communications and need for senior level support. Ensures continual alignment with programme (if applicable), wider portfolio management and organisation communications. Manages internal and external relationships as appropriate. Proactively Identifies, addresses and seeks to resolve differences between individuals and/or interest groups Project Risks and Issues Management. Identifies and monitors project risks (threats and opportunities) and issues. Develops mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate. Identifies and works with related projects to manage interdependenciesProfessional Skills & Experience Proven track record of executing large scale and complex restructure programmes in the UK Good knowledge of UK employment law Knowledge of HR processes and regulations across EMEA is an advantage ER knowledge is an advantage A proven ability to coordinate tasks and managing different priorities Experience working in a highly complex matrix organisation Ability to build excellent working relationships with many types of stakeholder; able to flex style and engagement depending on the audience Great communication and active listening skills a team player with a positive, can-do outlook and a collaborative and energetic approach Strong project and change management skills with an ability to be flexible but still deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMI). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on complex data.
