Duration: 6 months+Capacity: Full timeIR35 status: Inside IR35In summary the role will be covering:Cross border restructurings and redundanciesCross border M&A supportComplex and escalated ER cases for UKIManaging any UK employment tribunal claims with the support of external counselSupporting the Global Legal Director, Employment on escalated global employment law mattersSupport with complex or senior employee exitsSupporting Reward with implications of the Pay Transparency DirectiveSupporting the Privacy Team on employee related DSARsAdvising on TUPE/ARD risk implications outsourcing, supplier agreements etc.Experience of labour relations and works council information and consultation requirements would be extremely helpful.You must be qualified in England & Wales, with a strong private practice and in-house background.We would like you to be able to perform at your best throughout our recruitment process.
