Site Agent Highways Project (A47 Corridor)Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Sizewell / A47 Area | 3-Month Contract | Up to 500/day (Inside IR35)A principal civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their delivery team on a major highways improvement scheme located along the A47 corridor.This is a 3-month contract with the potential for further work on similar regional schemes, offering the chance to contribute to the upgrade of a nationally significant route that supports both local communities and major infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor coordination, site safety, and quality assurance.Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, cost, and client expectations.Lead site teams on earthworks, drainage, road widening, and structural elements.Maintain accurate records of progress, resource usage, and compliance with standards.Liaise with client representatives, local authorities, and other stakeholders on operational matters.Requirements:Strong background in civil engineering with proven experience as a Site Agent on highways or major infrastructure projects.Knowledge of highways specifications, safety regulations, and temporary works processes.Excellent site leadership and communication skills.SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid certifications essential.Experience working under NEC contracts preferred.Contract Details:Location: Site-based along the A47 near Sizewell.Rate: Up to 500 per day (Inside IR35).Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for continuation on future works.This is a high-impact project and a great opportunity for a capable Site Agent looking to work with an established delivery team on nationally recognised improvements to the UK road network.Apply today via the button on screen or send a CV to Connor at connor.matthews@ganymedesolutions.co.uk or reach out for more information and a confidential discussion.
