The role involves designing, developing, and validating aftertreatment systems for internal combustion engines used in off-highway applications. The engineer will lead complex projects, collaborate with global teams and suppliers, and ensure components meet performance, durability, and emissions standards. Key responsibilities include FMEA, DVP&R, technical documentation, and resolving quality and manufacturing issues.Key Requirements:Educational background in mechanical or automotive engineering (HNC or degree preferred).Technical Expertise in internal combustion engine systems and aftertreatment technologies (e.g., DPF, SCR, DEF systems).Experience in product development, including design, validation, and testing of engine components and emissions modules.Proficiency in FMEA, DVP&R, and root cause analysis for quality and manufacturing issues.If you could be interested please apply!
