This is a home-based role covering the Southeast of England. You will work across a wide range of sites providing expert condition monitoring services to high-profile industrial customers.Whats on Offer:Salary: 19.81 22.28/hour (41,200 46,350 annually), with the potential for more depending on experienceWorking Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week)Some flexibility may be required depending on customer requirements overtime/time in lieu availableOvertime Rates: 1.5x (MonSat midday), 2x (Sat middaySun end)Contract Type: 12-week temporary to permanentMain Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality Condition Monitoring services including:Vibration AnalysisInfrared ThermographyUltrasonic EmissionOil AnalysisReport findings via a smart asset management platform (SAMP)Perform detailed data collection, interpretation and analysisNotify clients of defects and input data into client ERP systemsSupport and optimise maintenance regimes and asset uptimeIdentify opportunities for equipment reliability improvementWhat Were Looking For:Essential:Certification in Vibration Analysis, Thermography, or Ultrasound (any category)Strong communication and reporting skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to adapt reports for different clientsProactive and analytical mindset with a desire to learn and improveComfortable working independently and in fast-paced environmentsSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and condition monitoring softwareDemonstrable HSE awareness IOSH or CCNSG are advantageousDesirable:Broad knowledge of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) across sectorsExperience with online or remote monitoring systemsFamiliarity with implementing and refining asset route databasesThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to apply and develop their skills in a supportive, technically advanced environment.
