They are looking for a Quality Manager to provide technical support to On Trade customers. This person will be responsible for fitting, removing and troubleshooting the equipment while providing a high quality level of service to the customer. Responsibilities will include:Installing equipment at relevant locations. Identifying potential venues through leads generated by the commercial teamsResponding to equipment repair requests and auditing at required sitesRemoving equipment from establishments that are not meeting performance expectationsBecoming the equipment expert for your region and assisting in developing the commercial teams' abilities to diagnose and address equipment faultsAbout You: Clean UK driving license is requiredExperience within a hands on job is desired (Bar work, Barista ect)Passionate and driven to learn new skills Strong communication and people skills Highly organised and good time management Great team player and culture addIf the role and responsibilities sound like they are a fit for you then Id love to speak to you!The Advocate Group is a leading search and selection business providing top talent to the consumer products sector.
