They pride themselves on their speed & efficiency.Company culture:The client holds their long-term employee retention in high esteem and are motivated to ensure that their employees are constantly being given opportunities to learn and develop.About the Role: H&S Advisor Joining their UK team based in the South Midlands, you'll take on the role of a H&S Advisor. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring accordance with EHS standards across the site's office & production facilities.Responsibilities: Conduct frequent audits & inspections on-site, to ensure employees' accordance with H&S & environmental standards. Provide daily environmental compliance and EHS support for the EHS Manager & site management team. Also delegate for the EHS Manager in their absence. Prepare EHS documents to ensure EHS standards are met by employees. Coordinate the safe use of COSHH. Assist with devising EHS training sessions & delivering them. Conduct shop-floor audits, alongside process & documentation audits.Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in a similar H&S role with a focus on H&S compliance and conducting H&S audits. NEBOSH or IOSH certification. Experience needs to be from within manufacturing, waste management or production environments.
