This is more than compliance its about embedding a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement that resonates through every ingredient and process.Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a quality-first culture, driving best practices in food safety and technical compliance across all manufacturing sites. Own audit excellence, acting as the technical lead for BRCGS, SQMS, and all third-party and customer audits, ensuring sites are always audit-ready. Translate customer and legal requirements into actionable standards, managing specifications, product data, and compliance documentation seamlessly. Drive proactive risk management, leading root cause investigations and delivering smart, sustainable corrective actions. Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and consistency across Supplier Assurance, Customer Compliance, and Specifications. Continuously improve technical systems and processes, ensuring up-to-date procedures, clean audit trails, and operational alignment. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, and operational leaders to embed quality into the heart of the business.
