You will also provide key support in the delivery of holistic financial planning services across a range of areas including tax, investments, retirement, and estate planning.This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, values-led firm that places integrity, professionalism, and client care at the core of everything it does.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong, proactive relationshipsSupport financial planners across all areas of advice, including tax, investment, retirement, and estate planningPrepare for and attend client meetings, producing accurate notes and follow-up documentationCoordinate the preparation of suitability reports with outsourced providersConduct regular client portfolio reviews and ensure timely updates based on changing prioritiesEnsure the seamless implementation of recommendations with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityMaintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning tools, platforms, and regulatory developmentsCollaborate closely with colleagues across the group to ensure a cohesive client service approachAbout You:Minimum of 5 years experience in a paraplanning, client services, or similar financial planning roleDiploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essentialHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools (e.g., FE Analytics, Selectapension, CashCalc, AJ Bell, Aegon)Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering first-class serviceChartered or part-chartered status would be advantageousTPBN1_UKTJ
