Our ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing due diligence to mitigate supply chain risks and managing the Preferred Supplier List.The Supplier Relationship Officer will also coordinate framework agreements to enhance supplier performance and achieve Value for Money (VFM).Key responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers and service owners to address supplier issues, negotiating and establishing performance criteria for suppliers, identifying and confirming service owners and end product users for new categories, auditing existing suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs and regulatory standards, managing the tender review process, gathering market data for benchmarking and exploring sourcing options in new territories, serving as a central point of expertise in procurement policy and continuous improvement, and supporting the Procurement management team in onboarding, due diligence initiatives and strategy.
