The Role Deliver a wide range of planned & reactive maintenance works at the Kingston student living sites. Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota. Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, fittings and plantrooms. Attend to faults with domestic water supply & drainage systems, including resolving blocked toilets & drains. Conduct quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements.   You Suitable trade discipline qualification (minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent). Ability to work to tight deadlines, under own initiative or through instruction. Computer literate with good organisational and administration acumen. Working knowledge of ACOP L8 desirable.
