We're looking for a dynamic Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead a great team and support a broad range of clients in delivering innovative programmes and building long term engagement to create real measurable impacts.In this pivotal role, youll manage both people and projectsguiding a talented team, working directly with clients on their Net Zero and Science-Based Targets (SBTi) goals, and shaping meaningful, long term change across a range of industries including the Built Environment.What youll be doing:Leading client sustainability programmes and cross-functional project teamsManaging environmental and social impact measurement and strategyConducting audits, materiality assessments, and gap analysesDeveloping ESG roadmaps and embedding responsible business practicesBuilding stakeholder relationships and fostering team developmentWhat you bring:5+ years leading sustainability initiativesconsulting or in-houseProven people management and mentoring skillsA working knowledge of common ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations, including CFD, CSRD and ISSBA collaborative, confident communicator who can motivate and leadWhats on offer:A competitive basic salary31 days holiday including public holidays + Christmas shutdownPension, Income Protection & Employee Assistance ProgrammeHybrid working with a supportive and purpose-driven environmentYou must be based within a commutable distance to Wokingham as will be there 3 days each week and have the full right to work in the UK.Join a passionate team where your leadership and values will drive the sustainability agenda forward.Apply now and help shape a more responsible future.
