This is your opportunity to lead one of the most significant technology transformations our client has ever undertaken! They are looking for someone to drive the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year, enterprise ERP programme.The Role:Build the full programme proposal, including cost and resource planning.Oversee execution and post-implementation support.Lead a cross-functional team of SMEs, internal technology teams, and third-party suppliers.The Candidate:Experience leading the delivery of enterprise-scale ERP systems from selection to post implementation support.Strong change management capabilities, able to guide and engage non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in integrating ERP systems with other business systems.Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating with and influencing senior leadershipThe Package:Base salary: up to 85,00010% Profit shareCar allowanceHybrid working30 days annual leave (incl bank holidays)Life assuranceInterested?
