Join a well-established landlord as a Property Consent and Ground Rent Collections Administrator, supporting a professional team managing a portfolio of over 30,000 residential properties across England and Wales. This is a varied and important role where your attention to detail, initiative, and customer service skills will be highly valued.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.The RoleProvide support with issuing LPE1sNavigate land registry and manage notice of transfer documentation.Assist with the administration of lease consents such as licences to assign, alter, or extendRespond to tenant and solicitor enquiries by email and telephoneProcess payments and issue tenant communications.Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and filing systemsRun and action reports from internal systemsProvide cover and support across the team during periods of absenceContribute to internal admin processes, including appraisals and staff milestonesThe PersonProven administrative experience, ideally in a property or legal settingExcellent customer service skills and confident handling enquiriesStrong Excel skillsHighly organised with an eye for detail and good time managementUsed Qube previousThe Package27,000 starting salary with a review.10% annual bonus8.30am 4.30pm Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)Free on-site parkingRegular social events and team recognitionPermanent role based in Lostock, BoltonAt PMR, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
