Date: Immediate Compensation First 3 Months: 25-150 per hot pre-qualified appointment set 8-12% commission on revenue from deals closed Post-Probation: 25,000-32,000 base salary performance bonuses self-starter, and natural relationship builder who can identify, engage, and book meetings with CEOs, C-Suite Execs, founders, premium SME owners and decision-makers across high-growth and high-ticket industries.Youll be the first point of contact in a high-performance sales function- and if you bring results, youll fast-track to a full-time SDR role with salary, bonuses, and future equity verticals Execute high-impact outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, IG, video, voice note, and DMs.Simply put, networking.Book highly qualified discovery calls with motivated prospects for the CEO and closing team Build rapport, qualify interest, and track outreach in our proprietary AI-driven CRM Collaborate with the leadership team to refine outbound strategy, sales development opportunities and targeting Hit and exceed appointment quotas with accountability and ownership Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Economics or Communications ideal) 12 years of sales, prospecting, or client-facing experience (not essential if attitude and personality is right) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently Strong interest in startups, AI, business systems, digital marketing, business development and tech Grit, resilience, and a hunger to grow quickly in a performance-led environment What
