Senior SEO Specialist Digital Marketing Agency (Ecom Brands) London (2-3 days office based) 45,000 - 55,000 Our client, an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency in London, is hiring for a Senior SEO Specialist to join their team. They are a leading agency in the Ecommerce space, working with an amazing portfolio of Fashion, Beauty, Luxury and Retail brands. Its fun, its fast-paced and its somewhere you can experience lots of career firsts! Youll work directly with their Head of SEO, leading strategy and execution across 45 key eCommerce brands. This isnt a role where you just follow the roadmap youll set the direction, own the outcomes, and build strong client relationships along the way. The Role: Own and deliver client SEO strategies that drive performance Understand clients businesses, goals, and customers inside-out Confidently present ideas and strategies in pitches, meetings, and workshops Lead technical and UX audits, on-page optimisations, and off-page strategies Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and performance Confidently use tools such as GA & Looker Studio to deliver real performance insight Run weekly insights, monthly reports, and quarterly deep dives The Ideal Candidate: 4 years experience working in an SEO focused role Experience working in Ecommerce (Agency or Client-Side) Comfortable taking the lead on strategy for key client accounts Strong knowledge of Content & Technical SEO Confident with reporting Passionate about the Ecommerce industry Benefits: Flexible working office/WFH with flexi hours 25 days annual leave bank holidays Opportunities to work remotely internationally Annual professional development budget Perkbox Loads more Apply now or send your CV to laura@3search.co.uk
