The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including commercial contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, and professional negligence claims.Responsibilities will include advising clients on legal issues, providing strategic guidance, conducting client meetings, managing costs, drafting legal documents, and keeping up to date with legal developments. The role also involves business development activities to strengthen client relationships, with potential opportunities to supervise junior colleagues.The Dispute Resolution team is highly recognised with several leading individuals acknowledged for their expertise.
