About the Company One of the leading firms providing legal services to South London, Surrey and the South East with offices in 3 locations, is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive, to expand their busy and well-established team. They are modern and professional, and the team comprises of bright, talented, and ambitious individuals. About the Role Managing your own busy mixed caseload of conveyancing files including: Responsibilities Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases Mortgages and remortgages Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement Declarations of trust and other aspects of joint ownerships Acquisition of development sites and estate conveyancing Option agreements 1 to 1 support of your own dedicated Paralegal/Legal secretary Qualifications 2 - 5 years PQE Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with solid Residential Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload confidently Good academics Required Skills Track record of providing a high-quality service to clients Able to manage own caseload Leasehold experience Whats available Career path for development Experienced team for support Bonus in addition to salary Excellent reputation and large base of existing clients If you think this role would be a good fit and you have the required skills/experience and would like to learn more about this opportunity, or other opportunities in the market, please contact Alice Neal on 0208 464 2524 for a confidential discussion.
