*Job description *If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.*Experienced Class 1 Drivers*We are looking for experienced and reliable Class 1 Drivers for our client based at Guyhirn, Cambs. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of ambient palletised food products nationwide.*Responsibilities:** Conduct thorough daily vehicle walk around checks reporting any defects* Ensure all loads are sufficiently secured before transportation* Carry out deliveries and any collection(s) as instructed by the Transport Team* Communicate any delays to the Transport Office* Operate vehicles safely and efficiently* Complete all delivery paperwork accurately*Essential Requirements:** Full UK driving licence, DQC Qualification and Digital Tacho Card* *Minimum of 2 years' Class 1 commercial driving experience** Sound understanding of EU Working Time and Driving Time regulations* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness* Flexible with working hours* Well-presented and professional*Schedule:*Monday - Friday with typical start times of between 4am to 6am, although this may differ slightly depending on customer requirements.
