Our client have been growing across the UK, having opening three new sites last year alone.Having doubled in revenue in the last three years to circa 175m, they remain ambitious and plan to continue to expand their market share and further increase revenue.Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager and working alongside two Junior Analysts, you will be able to take increasing ownership of core elements of FP&A and commercial finance, with the longer-term plan being for you to have a direct report in the future.Responsibilities:Leading with budgeting and forecastingActing as a key business partner across multiple functionsProducing analysis on business performance and retail KPIsRecommending measures to drive growth and improve processesPreparing reports and presentations for finance and non-finance stakeholdersInterpreting non-financial information into reportsTranslating financial information so non-finance stakeholders can understandAnalysing sales, margin, stock, pricing, promotions, the P&L, etcAssisting with financial modellingContributing to month-end close - e.g. accruals, variance analysisEssential criteria:3 years+ experience in FP&A/commercial financeExposure to retail and consumer industriesActively studying towards CIMA or ACCACapable of acting autonomously with budgeting and forecastingExperience with retail KPIsHighly proficient in ExcelStrong commercial acumenAnalytical mindsetDesirable criteria:SAP experienceBI experienceSalary: 45,000 to 50,000 + study support + bonusLocation: Central London (3 days in office)Start date: ASAP
