Position: Packaging OperatorCheck all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.My client is looking for a Packaging Operator to support high-speed packaging operations within a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities will include operating and maintaining packaging equipment, completing documentation, supporting compliance and quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong GMP knowledge, attention to detail, and previous experience in pharmaceutical production or a regulated manufacturing setting.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, clean, and maintain high-speed packaging equipmentComplete batch documentation and perform SAP transactionsConduct in-process testing, yield calculations, sampling, and inspectionParticipate in installation, qualification, and validation of packaging equipmentSupport quality investigations, complete deviations and CAPAsEnsure compliance with health & safety and GMP guidelinesConduct stock checks and support inventory control via SAPActively contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Planning, etc.)Train other team members and assist with audits and inspectionsQualifications:Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes and equipmentProficiency in documentation and attention to detail in regulated environmentsFamiliarity with SAP or similar enterprise systemsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaborativelyPositive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to take ownershipStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
