Youll also have the opportunity to take on full projectsfurniture, bathrooms, wardrobes, the works.What Youll Be Doing:Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and design preferences.Creating elegant, custom kitchen designs tailored to each spaces functional and aesthetic needs.Bringing your concepts to life using AutoCAD and other design tools.Guiding clients through appliances, surfaces, finishes, and layout optionsincluding premium brands like Gaggenau and V-Zug.Managing the technical side: water and electrical layout planning, safety standards, and installation considerations.Working closely with our Italian suppliers & fitters, to deliver perfection.Presenting and refining concepts based on client feedback.Managing multiple high-end projects simultaneously without losing your cool.Keeping on top of trends in luxury kitchen design, materials, and innovations.Ensuring budgets and timelines are met with precision.What You Bring:A proven track record as a Kitchen Designer (3+ years), ideally within a high-end or luxury setting.Deep understanding of kitchen ergonomics, technical layouts, and aesthetic balance.Strong sales instinctsyou know how to guide clients through options without ever being pushy.Experience with luxury appliances (Gaggenau, V-Zug, etc.), fixtures, worktops, and finishes.Comfort working across different materialswood, metal, laminates, and beyond.AutoCAD wizardry (and other relevant design software).Impeccable attention to detail and a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics.The ability to own your projects end-to-end with pride and accountability.Great time management, communication skills, and a true team-player attitude.Whats in it for You:A competitive salary package (2838k basic) + up to 10% commission.The opportunity to work in adynamic, fast-movingenvironment where ideas are valued and creativity thrives.A super collaborative team that values quality, not ego.The chance to shape stunning spaces that make people fall in love with their homes.An opportunity to grow beyond kitchens and work on projects all over the world, using some of the sexiest brands around.If youre passionate about great design, love solving spatial puzzles, and want to work somewhere thatfeels as fresh as a startupbut has decades of reputation behind itwe want to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: 28,000.00-38,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Commission paySchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:London NW10 7XP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:Kitchen Design: 3 years (required)AutoCAD: 3 years (preferred)Luxury appliances, fixtures, worktops, and finishes: 1 year (preferred)Sales: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
