Our teams manage projects throughout the full development lifecycle including:Setting and maintaining programmes and budgets.Identifying opportunities for value engineering.Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to report on project progress.Identifying and managing risks promptly to prevent delays and protect the companys reputation.Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the projects, including technical, planning, commercial, environmental, legal, and construction.
