The client requires a Project Manager with extensive experience in residential development across all RIBA stages in the UK. The ideal profile could be an architect, project manager, or development manager. The client is a global investment fund manager across global macro asset classes. They have over 200 employees internationally and six in the property team. This role will be office-based, five days a week, in Mayfair. You will follow program plans for prestigious, once-in-a-lifetime projects. You'll be part of an experienced and efficient team, and gain exposure to an incredible range of projects.ResponsibilitiesArrange tenders for works, including drafting client briefs and schedules of works up the value of 5millionMonitor projects to ensure they adhere to timelines and budgets.Oversee suppliers and contractors to ensure work meets high standards, agreed timeframes, and cost-effectiveness.Draft contracts, particularly within the JCT suite.Administer contracts and manage post-completion documentation.Conduct regular property inspections alongside the Property Director.Work with the Property Director to refine procedures, improving efficiency and quality.Experience & QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceRICS or RIBA/ARB certifiedStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organisational skillsProven experience of over 5 years as a project manager on prime or super prime residential real estate in the UKExperience in conservation and /or listed buildingsSeen through RIBA stagesHas appointed and procurement consultants for projects up to 5millionExperience of refurbishment, new build residential projectsExceptional stakeholder managementPlease note, this is a five-day-a-week office-based role, apart from site inspections.
