Role Overview:In this role, you will design and deliver innovative cloud-native solutions using AWS services and modern software engineering practices. Youll lead end-to-end implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship at a senior level. With a strong focus on scalability, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and help drive continuous improvement across projects.Some responsibilities include:Deliver cloud-native solutions using AWS, DevOps, and modern engineering toolsBuild and manage scalable, serverless infrastructure with IaC and KubernetesDrive Agile practices and ensure stakeholder alignmentMentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learningExperience required:Expertise with a major cloud platform (preferably AWS) and cloud-native developmentSkilled in Kubernetes and managing large-scale containerised applicationsProficient in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormationApplication development experience in languages such as Java, Go, or PythonStrong DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile practicesEffective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsCommitted to continuous learning, with AWS certification encouraged and supportedWhat happens next?To apply, please either click online or email directly to henry.clay-davies@searchability.com.
