Depending on your experience, youll either take ownership of smaller projects or play a key supporting role on larger schemes always with the support of a team thats got your back.This is a practice that sits at around 70 employees at the moment but has big ambitions to grown both the office footprint from three to 10 and employees to around 300 hundred.
