With a reputation built on precision, innovation, and quality, we are trusted by industry giants such as BAE, GE, Airbus, Boeing, Leonardo, and Rolls Royce.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure defect-free production.Maintain and improve our AS9100-compliant Quality Management System (QMS).Oversee inspection plans, internal audits, and CAPA processes.Manage supplier quality, including audits and qualification.Act as the primary liaison for customer quality requirements and audits.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organisation.Prepare and present quality reports to senior leadership.What Were Looking ForProven experience in a quality leadership role within aerospace, military, or a similarly regulated industry.Strong knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.Proficiency in quality software and data analysis tools.A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Adaptability to evolving standards and technologies.Desirable SkillsCoaching and mentoring capabilities.Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills.Understanding of safety, quality, and cost objectives in manufacturing environments.TPBN1_UKTJ
