We are looking for a highly motivated person with experience in Creative Media Production. This post will be based at Crawley College. At Crawley College, we have established a thriving Creative Community within our Creative Media offer. Recently, the college developed a multi-million pound facility that will place it at the forefront of training delivery. The area includes a professional TV studio and 4 immersive hubs to further innovate our curriculum. We now seek an inspiring, innovative, and dynamic Lecturer in Creative Media to help develop our Audio-Visual curriculum, especially the new Broadcast Media T-level. We want to recruit an enthusiastic lecturer to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment. A significant collaboration with local employers is envisaged to support students’ career development and contribute to our CCM (Crawley College Media) YouTube channel. As part of our successful and supportive Media team, you will deliver a range of projects and support students in developing their creative production skills. The role offers opportunities for staff to develop their practice creatively and engagingly. The college also provides comprehensive staff development. The ideal candidate will work with the team to actively contribute to curriculum design and development within the Academy. Above all, we seek someone with a genuine passion for educating the future workforce. You must be committed to equality and diversity, health and safety, and safeguarding. Industry experience in media is advantageous, and a recognised Teaching Qualification is preferred. You will further develop this area by working with students from level 2, 3, Apprentices, and T levels to ensure they achieve their best. Building excellent relationships with the Creative Media industry to raise the college's profile in the community is also essential. You will be responsible for students' success and providing an enriched curriculum. This includes recruitment, advising and guiding students on progression routes, and developing industry links for enrichment and work experience. You will track and monitor student progress to ensure timely completion and achievement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
