Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous law firm based in West Yorkshire , which is in need of a Conveyancing Fee Earner .Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.You will be responsible for your own caseload to include new builds, freehold, leasehold, sales & purchases as well as Sharia Compliant HPP transactions from instruction through to completion while being supported by Leap case management system & other members within the team.They can pay a salary of 30,000- 45,000 annum depending upon experience.Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Fee Earner: Manage your own caseload, using your initiative, collaborating with colleagues, and working as part of a team to achieve department goals; have carer goals and ambitions for progression and personal development.Dealing with a wide and varied caseload as well as clients, working alongside talented and motivated colleagues, to deliver excellent client care and professionalism.Commercial conveyancing experience and the ability to lead, inspire, train and supervise members of the team, which include qualified and unqualified fee earners.Benefits: Holiday Pay Hybrid working A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Bonus Scheme Part time and Full time hours available We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth 250.
