JSS are pleased to be partnered with a listed Private Equity firm, who are highly regarded in the market and going through an exciting period of growth. The company is seeking an FP&A Director to focus specifically on their carried interest programme, responsible for managing, coordinating, and forecasting carried interest arrangements throughout the organization. This is a pivotal leadership role that involves overseeing complex, cross-functional projects while serving as the key point of contact for senior leadership regarding all carry-related matters. Role Highlights: Situated at the crossroads of finance, strategy, and stakeholder management, this Director position will: Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of carry programmes across various asset classes and investment strategies. Lead carry projection modelling and scenario analysis, offering insights and clarity to senior leaders and partners. Act as the main contact for partners regarding carry projections and related financial insights. Collaborate closely with FP&A, tax, legal, HR, and investment teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment of carry frameworks. Manage a small but high-performing team responsible for modelling, analysis, and operational support. This is not a typical carry expert role we are looking for a commercially astute, highly organized, and strategic project leader with a strong financial background. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction services with a track record of leading cross-functional finance initiatives. A Chartered Accountant (CA / ACA / CPA or equivalent) qualification is required. Previous experience in or working with private equity, asset management, or professional services firms. A demonstrated ability to manage projects across teams with different priorities and timelines. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior internal stakeholders, including partners. Whats on offer?
