The Role As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, youll shape and deliver powerful brand campaigns across the UK and international markets. Some key responsibilities include: Leading UK marketing campaigns across stores, ecommerce, and retail partners Creating B2B support materials, toolkits, and in-store promotional assets Driving digital strategy with email, content, and performance tracking Supporting international partners with tailored campaigns and marketing tools Collaborating on new product launches with strong go-to-market plans Overseeing training programmes to align with business goals Managing PR, budgets, and agency relationships Leading the annual marketing calendar, brand messaging, and team development About you Must have a minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry Experience across UK, international and digital markets Energetic, entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset A confident communicator and inspiring team leader Adept with data, campaign analysis and marketing ROI Able to juggle priorities, projects, and people with ease Passionate about brand growth and customer engagement
