As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract and retain top talent across Europe.Job Summary:As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our teams primarily across Europe by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sourcing skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience navigating the European talent market.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboardingProactively source candidates using a variety of unconventional and common tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, iCIMS etc.), network, and perform cold outreach to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates through proactive sourcingCoordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the processMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in iCIMS our applicant tracking systemContribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesTrack and report on key recruitment metrics and continuously improve processesBuild future talent planning by identifying skills and competencies needed for long-term organizational success and contribute to succession planning effortsIdentify universities for student placement partnering and talent pipeliningEnsure all recruitment practices comply with regional labour laws and company policiesRequirements:3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, Talent Management, or related experience preferably in a corporate environmentProven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple European countriesStrong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneouslyExperience using ATS platformsData driven problem solver that can make recruitment strategies specific to job type and location markets.Knowledge of labour laws and hiring practices across European countries is a plusAdditional European languages are a strong assetStrategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.If you are a proactive, results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply and be a key player in Sazerac’s talent strategy!
