This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, technology-focused international law firm and help shape the future of inclusion across a global network.This role is based in one of our clients' regional UK offices across Bristol, London, Manchester, Glasgow, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options. The salary range is competitive, between £48,000 to £58,000, depending on experience.As a DEIB Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a refreshed DEIB strategy, developing localised plans for Business Services, and supporting leadership in achieving their DEIB goals. You’ll collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Policy teams to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.What you’ll do:Lead the development and delivery of localised DEIB plansSupport the creation of sub-agenda strategies (e.g. Social Mobility)Embed DEIB across the employee lifecycle and internal policiesCo-create and deliver DEIB learning programmesInfluence inclusive procurement and supply chain practicesUse data to identify trends and measure impactWhat we’re looking for:Proven expertise in DEIB strategy and implementationExperience working in international, evidence-based DEIB environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionUnderstanding of DEIB in Learning & Development and policy contextsJoin a collaborative and innovative team that’s committed to making a real impact.
