I have an opportunity with an award winning, quality, and low volume developer in Cornwall. Long term volume site, over 3 years in duration near Bodmin Organised and committed site manager, who can demonstrate a stable career and longevity with employers, building quality housing units. You will need to be a professional and well-presented individual who is organised and efficient, with the same goal in mind - every plot is finished to an exceptional standard! Strong health and safety record and awareness, able to write own build programme, with good IT skills.
