Job Title: Packaging Operator Location: Hatfield, UK Type: Contract (12 months) | Shift-based Responsibilities: Operate high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment in compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Perform equipment setup, calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.Complete batch documentation, SAP process orders, and support change control and deviation processes.Conduct in-process testing, sampling, inspections, and contribute to quality investigations (CAPAs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Engineering, Planning, and Warehouse to meet production targets.Participate in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, and continuous improvement projects.Qualifications: Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing or packaging environment.Familiarity with equipment operation and documentation standards.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.Full time role working on shifts which alternate every week.Shift 1: 6am-14:00 Mon to Fri Shift 2: 14:00-20:00 Mon to Fri
