As a key people leader in the production directorate, the role reports directly to the Production Manager (PM). In the absence of the Production Manager, the Supervisor/s will have delegated functional and disciplinary authority over the operational program and all colleagues within the department. Strategic and financial decisions will at all time remain with the Production Manager. Use of proven communication skills, engaging and influencing direct reports. Proven experience in performance management. Coached and identified development areas for self and teams. Understanding of MRO operations and processes. Understanding of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g. CAA/FAA/EASA). Process improvement and change management knowledge Working knowledge of Health & safety Regulations PC literate; ability to input and manipulate data using multiple platforms (e.g. SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Resilient under pressure Trustworthy.
