Fit-out experience is essential.Each GBC team member is a "Project Coordinator" and requires the competence to coordinate multiple deliverables, either directly or in cooperation with the wider Verte team.What we are looking forEssential skills & experience:Licensed BREEAM Assessor and / or SKA Assessor3+ years work experience in consultancyExperience delivering SKA assessments (whether licensed or not)An MSc and/or BSc degreeAbility to manage sustainability certification schemes: BREEAM, WELL, Ska, Fitwel, LEEDExperience working on fast paced fit-out projectsExperience working closely with contractors to tight programsAbility to quickly assess barriers to success and identify how to overcome theseClient facing, excellent communicator and capable of presenting and discussing a range of topics including: Net Zero, Circularity, WellbeingCapable project manager, coordinating multiple deliverables on each projectGood understanding of real estate commercial drivers and the interactions with sustainabilityCapable of doing bid workExcellent research and analytical skillsGood attention to detail and meticulous approach to assessmentUnderstanding of Net Zero Carbon, NABERS and wider ESG principlesExperience undertaking planning submissions, in particular in alignment with GLA requirementsDesirable skills & experience:Licensed SKA Assessor (training can be provided)Qualified as LEED, Fitwel, WELL, BREEAM In-Use, BREEAM APExperience carrying out LCA and LCC using One Click LCAExperience working with contractors and supply chainsExperienced formulating sustainability strategiesKnowledge of Circular Economy principlesOur benefitsc. 35,000 - 45,000 p.a. dependent on experience and seniority levelRemote working (needs to live within commuting distance to London)25 days' annual leave per year (bank holidays excluded) plus 3 days additional annual leave over the Christmas periodMedical coverTrainingClosing date: Friday 13th JuneAvailability for on-line interviews: w/c 9th JunePlease send your CV and cover letter as well as your availability to start work to hello@verteltd.com, quoting Sustainability Consultant_Verte.We look forward to receiving your application!
