Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a firm for its expertise and exceptional client service.Location: Central London50,000 - 55,000 Per Annum (Highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience)The RoleManaging a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Managing a team of Paralegals.Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firms reputation and client base.Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.The Ideal CandidateConveyancing Expertise 3+ years PQE as a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven residential property experience.IT Proficiency Experience using case management systems and confidence in working with digital workflows.Strong Communication Skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with a focus on excellent client care.Drive & Ambition A strong work ethic and a commitment to career progression.Team Player Mentality A collaborative and supportive approach, working effectively within a dynamic team.
