We're on a mission to improve hair and scalp health through clean, sustainable, and scientifically backed products.As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee the full scope of our operational functions from supply chain and inventory to logistics, systems, and compliance. Youll play a critical role in helping us scale efficiently across both the UK and international markets.Role OverviewThis is a high-impact role for someone with strong experience in operational leadership, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional execution. Youll manage the day-to-day running of our operational engine managing stock levels, coordinating with international partners, ensuring compliance, and optimising systems and workflows. Youll work closely with our Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams, and lead operational delivery as we expand internationally.Key Responsibilities1.Global Supply Chain & Stock ManagementOversee demand planning, stock forecasting, and replenishment across multiple warehouses and 3PL partnersMaintain optimal stock levels across regions to meet service levels while minimising holding costsCoordinate with manufacturing and packaging suppliers to ensure timely procurement and production2.Logistics & FulfilmentManage and oversee domestic and international shipping operations in partnership with freight forwarders and 3PL providersLead relationships with fulfilment and logistics partners across the UK, EU, US, Australia, and future marketsDrive improvements in delivery lead times, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction through strong partner performance3.Order & Customer OperationsEnsure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and salon orders via 3PL networksResolve escalated order and logistics issues in collaboration with customer service and fulfilment partnersWork closely with commercial, sales, and finance teams to support seasonal promotions, product launches, and forecasting4. Process Optimisation & SystemsLead continuous improvement across operational workflows, including automation and systems integrationManage and report on key operational KPIs (e.g. OTIF, order accuracy, stock turnover, fulfilment cost per order)Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP, inventory, and order management systems to scale international operations5. Compliance & International TradeOversee customs, VAT, import/export, and regulatory compliance across all current and future marketsManage product registration and labelling compliance across international territoriesMonitor and respond to regulatory changes affecting product or operational compliance globallyWhat We're Looking For:5+ years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG, beauty, wellness, or DTC)Proven ability to manage complex operational processes across multiple regionsStrong systems knowledge and confidence with digital tools (Shopify, Xero, inventory platforms)Analytical and commercially aware, with strong problem-solving and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHighly organised, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentPreferred Qualifications:Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldExperience working with salons, distributors, and retail partners across global marketsKnowledge of international trade documentation and regulatory complianceWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryA dynamic, purpose-led team cultureReal opportunity to shape the operations function of a growing global brand
