We continuously aspire & excel at delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.Role and Responsibilities:Overall upkeep and maintenance of the overall office spaceManaging utilities bills and expenses and coordinating with finance for paymentManaging Employee details and interacting with the HR shared services team for monthly updatesManaging access initiation for the office with the building adminManaging the company stationary/giveaways and maintaining the store stockESG Compliance, data entry and coordination with the global committee for on ground reportingProcurement management for the regionCoordinating with the landlord of the buildingManaging Travel requestsRestocking the Fridge and snack barUpkeep of the meeting rooms, kitchen area and snack barHelping or assisting the HR and Administration team for employee activities/conference/marketing events
