Job Title: Resourcing Officer Location : Hybrid Birmingham Rate : 16.30If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.- 18.57ph (PAYE) Length : 6 Months with potential for perm.There is a requirement to travel across the West Midlands in this role.Job Purpose : You will provide specialist professional, expert and effective delivery of one or more products or services to clients, with daily contact with customers.Key Responsibilities Provide expert support in Resourcing and Talent Acquisition , including job boards, executive resourcing, assessments, and recruitment systems.Deliver high-standard customer service , ensuring positive stakeholder interactions.Manage administrative processes , such as diary and event coordination, database maintenance, report writing, website updates, and promotional material development.Work collaboratively with partners and external agencies in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.Maintain and enforce data protection standards , ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.Utilise IT systems efficiently , demonstrating strong keyboard skills and commitment to ongoing professional development.Operate effectively under pressure , managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.Required Skills & Experience Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and strategies for various audiences.Consultative expertise to support stakeholders in identifying recruitment solutions and best practices.Ability to foster a collaborative team environment , ensuring a high-quality service culture.Stakeholder management skills, building strong, influential relationships with senior leaders internally and externally.Willingness to travel across the West Midlands for meetings, job fairs, assessment centres, and recruitment campaigns.
