Our Private Care Division is the most successful NHS private patient unit in the UK, with all income reinvested into the Trust to enhance services for every patient.We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Commercial Director to lead the growth strategy of our Private Care Division. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for:Driving commercial strategy and sustainable growth across all customer groupsStrengthening and expanding strategic relationships with both UK and international sponsorsInnovating new services and care propositions that respond to evolving market needsLeading the development and execution of a robust pricing strategyWith limited physical expansion capacity in the near term, the next five years will require forward-thinking, creativity, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping opportunities arising from the redevelopment of our Chelsea site, due to open from 2031.We are looking for a commercially experienced, intellectually creative leader with a strong track record in the private healthcare sector.
