We're looking for a Merch Admin Assistant to join our wonderful Product team If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Our Merchandising Admin Assistant will be there to support with admin tasks, as well as working alongside Merchandisers, Buyers and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Adanola Brand. Youll be integral to the day-to-day running of the Merch team through high levels of organisation and a great work ethic. You will be providing administrative support to the merchandising team by actively analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels.About your responsibilities:Raising and keeping track of all purchase ordersLiaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure deliveries are on time and effectively communicating any changes to buying and merchandising teamsLiaising with the warehouse and forwarders to manage the inbounding of stockManaging internal critical path updating regularly & communicating any delays/issues with wider team & suppliersKey point of contact for suppliersRunning & updating sales and stock reports weeklyConfidently understands forecasting tools to suggest re-buys and rephasingProactively contribute to department trade each week from analysing reportsAbout you:At least 1 year working in a similar rolePrevious retail experience is preferredCan demonstrate understanding of forecasting toolsExcellent administration skills and experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and OutlookStrong numerical and analytical skillsWell organised with time management skillsAttention to detail and strong communication skillsWhy Adanola?We're on a mission to becoming everybody's everyday uniform and we need great people with great attitudes to help work towards that.
