Theyre looking for a Resource Manager to join their Project Management Office and take ownership of resource scheduling and Agile delivery across high-priority projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in resource planning, coordination, or Scrum to step into a key delivery role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projectsLead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesTrack and report on resource utilisation, forecasts, and project progressReassign and reallocate resources to meet delivery objectivesLiaise with cross-functional teams to understand pipeline and capacity needsProvide project coordination support on large-scale initiativesKey Requirements:3+ years experience in resource management, project planning, or as a Scrum MasterSolid understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologiesExperience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS OfficeStrong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesPMP or equivalent certification is a plusPlease apply now for immediate consideration!
