Mechanical Inspector Denham Overview We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Inspector to join the Inspection Department at our clients site in Denham .All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a leading engineering and manufacturing business , undertaking a variety of product verification tasks for mechanical parts and components .Key Responsibilities Perform inspection and testing of components using a variety of techniques and tools.Generate and maintain accurate inspection documentation.Use SAP to record all work in progress and update component status.Track component batches throughout the manufacturing process.Maintain records of component locations.Identify and record all non-conforming products in accordance with internal procedures.Required Skills & Experience Proven inspection experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong numeracy and geometry skills, with working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings .Proficient in the use of common inspection tools and equipment .Basic understanding of Health & Safety standards and procedures.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP systems.Benefits Package 9% non-contributory pension scheme 4x salary Life Assurance 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Option to purchase additional leave Personalised training and development plan Healthcare Cash Plan Cycle to Work Scheme (including e-bikes) Workplace Nursery Benefit
