If you are an experienced commercial lawyer with a passion for delivering outstanding legal services, we want to hear from you.The Role:As a Commercial Principal Associate, you will engage in a diverse range of legal matters, including:Advising on commercial contractsHigh-value supply and purchasing agreementsAgency and distribution arrangementsOutsourcing agreementsStrategic projectsIT agreementsIntellectual property licencingData protection adviceYou will have the opportunity to work with clients across various sectors, allowing you to broaden and deepen your expertise.In addition to your legal responsibilities, this role offers the chance to participate in business development initiatives and leadership activities, including team supervision and engagement in firm-wide projects.
