What Were Looking ForProven experience in CRM campaign management using Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in an office-based team (minimum 4 days a week).Experience or familiarity with Power Automate is a strong advantage the team is exploring how it can be leveraged to scale CRM automation and integrations.Bonus points for knowledge of Power BI and data-driven campaign optimisation.
