Are you an experienced Forensic Manager or Associate Director ready to step into a key leadership role in a dynamic and growing forensic practice? Our client, a leading accountancy firm in London, is seeking an ambitious and commercially aware Associate Director to join their highly respected Forensic Services team, specialising in dispute valuation.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.As the number two to the Partner, you will play a vital strategic and operational role, taking the lead on high-profile disputes and helping to drive business development across the practice.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of complex forensic assignments, with a strong focus on:Competition disputesIntellectual property and brand integrity disputesInsurance claimsAudit malpractice defenceProduct recall and transaction-related disputesOversee the preparation of expert witness reportsAdvise on sale and purchase agreements and the causation of damagesApply valuation and finance principles in litigation contextsNavigate various dispute resolution mechanisms including trial, mediation, arbitration and regulatory tribunalsManage and mentor experienced teams of forensic professionalsWork closely with the Partner to develop client relationships and secure new businessAbout You:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)Currently working in a professional services forensic accounting teamDemonstrable experience in dispute valuation Strong technical skills and a sound understanding of litigation supportExcellent written and verbal communication, with proven experience preparing expert reportsConfident in front of clients and comfortable participating in business development activitiesA collaborative and supportive leader, able to inspire and manage high-performing teamsWhy Join?Opportunity to work directly with a highly regarded Partner on a wide variety of complex casesBe part of a London-based team with a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plansEnjoy a competitive base salary, excellent benefits, and flexible hybrid working arrangementsA culture that values professional development, diversity of thought, and entrepreneurial spirit
